WARNING! AS OF 12/20/2023: Fundraising has stopped! The funds for the purchase of a hearing aid have been collected. Thank you very much!

Bohdan's parents had been waiting for a child for almost ten years. As he developed in his mother's womb, he faced oxygen deprivation. Bohdan's neonatal condition was critical, requiring intestinal surgery on the fifth day of his life. A month and a half passed before he was discharged to his loving home.

Now nine months old, Bohdan has weak arm and leg muscles and can hardly sit upright. Nonetheless, he has achieved the milestones of grasping toys and rolling over. Recently, he began to recognize relatives and occasionally shares smiles, bringing immense joy to his family!

At six months, Bohdan's parents observed that he wasn't responding to sounds. Upon examination, doctors diagnosed him with "degree III" hearing loss and recommended the prompt use of hearing aids.

Sensei BTE devices with consumables cost $1,120 USD (40,844 hryvnias). Though not exorbitant, his parents' existing funds are already allocated to address his other developmental challenges.

Please, assist Bohdan to hear his mother's voice!
