How to help?

For many who have escaped from hellish Mariupol, Berdyansk, Melitopol, and other towns, Zaporizhzhia becomes their first safe haven. Every day, the city welcomes thousands of people fleeing the war. Schools, kindergartens, and even the circus are involved in accommodating them.

One of such shelters, whose headquarters is located at Gymnasium No. 65, turned to us for support. Here, from 800 to 1200 internally displaced persons receive assistance every week. People are accommodated in three kindergartens and a dormitory. They are provided with hot meals and everything they need. After resting for two to three days, people move on to safer places in Ukraine and around the world.

The strategic product for feeding people, most of whom spent weeks in basements, is meat. For a full three-meal-a-day diet, about 280 kg of chicken meat is needed per week.

Thanks to your donations in March and early April, we purchased 670 kg of chicken directly from the producer. Nearly 34,000 hryvnias were spent on this. The meat was delivered to the Zaporizhzhia Perinatal Center, a temporary refugee accommodation point, and the "Mimmo" restaurant, which feeds the defenders of our city.

Little Pot, Cook!

Fundraising for food supplies continues. Our goal is to purchase 1,120 kg of chicken to feed people in shelters for a month.

Help save Ukrainians who find themselves in trouble! Today, this is also our front line. Join the army of philanthropists!

On April 14, the project "Little Pot, Cook!" was launched on the dobro.ua platform. Therefore, you can also help on the website of our partners.
