Mariyka awaits rehabilitation

Mariyka has cerebral palsy. She cannot walk and only sits with support, but she eagerly learns, actively communicates with gestures, and makes small yet very important steps in her development every day.

Mariyka’s illness is accompanied by spasticity — uncontrolled muscle tension that causes pain. Massages and physiotherapy bring her temporary relief. However, her physical condition is complicated by emotional stress: due to constant sirens and occasional explosions, Mariyka is in a state of constant tension and anxiety.

In April, together with your support, we paid for Mariyka’s treatment course at the Kozyavkin Clinic. The results were remarkable: the tone in her arms and legs decreased, her back became straighter, and Mariyka herself became calmer and more cheerful. Her mother expresses immense gratitude to everyone for their support and help.

Mariyka awaits rehabilitation

To maintain the progress achieved and live without pain, Mariyka needs to undergo rehabilitation several times a year. The next course is scheduled for the end of January. Its cost is UAH 37,110 - approximately $875 USD

Friends, please support Mariyka! Give her a few quiet weeks in relatively safe Truskavets, filled with medical procedures, peace, and rest.
