Fundraising for Ivan Babich continues

Ivan Babich

Vanya and Polina are unusual twins: their parents waited for them for eighteen years! Six months before their birth, mom and dad moved from Luhansk region to Zaporizhzhia because of the war. The twins were born prematurely and spent the first months of their lives in the hospital.

Now the children are nine years old. Unfortunately, the consequences of premature birth are felt even now, especially in Vanya. Polina has 3rd degree scoliosis, and Vanya has cerebral palsy, problems with balance, hearing, and speech development.

Together with you, we have been helping Vanya to overcome the disease for the seventh year. The last time we paid for rehabilitation in Dnipro was in January. He completed a course of physical therapy, massage, and correctional classes with a psychologist. The exercises were aimed at strengthening the back muscles, reducing the tone of the limbs, and improving coordination. Parents also made a video of the necessary exercises and now practice with their children at home every day.

Courses of intensive complex rehabilitation should be taken on a regular basis - every 3-4 months. The next course is scheduled for the beginning of June. Please support Vanya! Give him the opportunity to be one step closer to a healthy childhood!

Without our support, six-year-old Mariia Zaslavska cannot overcome the consequences of a severe illness. Please help us raise funds for life-saving medical supplies!
