Thanks God, there is good news as Dima entered remission on day 33. Unfortunately, the good news came not alone, but together with other problems. The boy can’t start the second phase of the first protocol as he’s got high body temperature for over two weeks.

During regular examinations, doctors diagnosed the boy with sepsis and he had to go through computer tomography of chest and abdominal cavity. The results showed that all lymph nodes are enlarged. Last week our little hero had bone marrow sampling again, with the sample sent to Kyiv. We are looking for the response with concerns. Doctors suspend that Dima has developed some transformations in the bone marrow.

So far it is not clear what treatment will be prescribed for the boy. But we really hope that everything will be fine!

Dima still needs our support. Examinations and medications are rather expensive, and for a single mother it is difficult to find money to treat her only and beloved son on her own.
