"I would like to become a designer", - told me Arina in October. I believed that she could make it true: she could do wonderful things with her own hands. At the same time, I felt uneasy, as Arina was due to go to a hospital. "Lena, I give you the last 5 packs of Pulmozyme, I don’t have any more and I’m not sure if I get it”. You could read a silent question in Lena’s eyes: "But what about us, what shall we do without Pulmozyme?" She didn’t say a word, but her shoulders dropped with despair.

I had an acute feeling of blame, my heart sinking. I knew this family for two and a half years, for two and a half years I met Lena every month and she told me about Arina, about her son, who went to the first grade of a sports school...
