A Child Has a Family: Lydia E. was born in 1999

December 1, 2010, 15:00 4144 Author: Victiria Mochalova, translated by Daria Sukach www.deti.zp.ua Lydia finally has her family!

Lydia finally has her family!

Although Lyda has been to Italy she doesn’t feel like a star because of it. Lyda can dance pretty well. She likes running and jumping, but she also enjoys silently sitting on her bed and crocheting. She’s really keen on it and has become a really skillful knitter. Apart from making nice napkins, her hands have deftly made lots of T-shirts and jackets. Lyda loves wearing her own hand-made clothes. One of the girl’s hobbies is embroidering. She’s also interested in mathematics.

Like all children, Lyda loves fairy tales, though more like ‘fairy tales for adults’. Cartoons don’t really appeal to her. Lyda’s favourite movie is “Titanic”.

Are you already amazed by this wonderful girl? If so, don’t hesitate to welcome Lyda into your heart and family. She is living in boarding school.

If you are interested in adopting Lyda or other children, please read the memo to the potential adoptive parents, guardians, and foster parents or contact us or provide profile #0060674 to the State Department of Adoption.

Other children who dream of finding a family.

If you are not ready to adopt at this moment (e.g. you are a student and haven’t created your own family yet) you can also help children from the boarding school (orphanage) by supporting organizationally or financially excursions and trips for the children, visiting a child in the orphanage, or helping with buying developmental toys, books, construction sets and sport equipment.
