Zaporizhzhia has become the first relatively safe place along the way for people fleeing the war from the south of our country. Those who do not have relatives or friends in Zaporizhzhia stay in special shelters.

Since the first month of the war, we have been supporting one of such shelters, whose headquarters is located in a school. People are accommodated in three kindergartens and a vocational school dormitory, and are provided with meals and basic necessities. Here families rest and then move on to safer places in Ukraine and around the world, or stay in Zaporizhzhia and start a new life.

Since the beginning of the war, about five thousand people have found temporary shelter in this very place. For half a year now, you and I have been helping to feed people delicious and nutritious meals. In addition to groats, flour, and sugar, we have purchased more than 2,000 kg of meat!

People continue to leave, abandoning their homes in search of safety. Therefore, the shelter still needs help. Our goal is to raise 59,000 hryvnias to purchase nearly 1,000 kilograms of meat.
