The child found a family: Nikolay U., born in 2007

September 15, 2014, 15:30 3884 Author: Maria Semashkina www.deti.zp.ua The child lives in a new loving family

Kolya (Nikolay) is a very sweet and very tiny little boy. He is as light as a feather to pick up. But don't let his weight fool you, he is strong! He can roll himself over and pull himself along the floor to reach a toy he wants.

He tries hard to sit up and look around. With therapy he could do so well, he just needs to be given a chance. He plays with toys and especially likes rattles. He likes to be picked up and held. He smiles when you say his name. He is a peaceful wee soul. He would be a perfect son!

If you are interested in adopting Nikolay, please read the memo to the potential adoptive parents, guardians, and foster parents; you can also contact Children’s Affairs' service of the Zaporozhia State Administration by telephone (061) 239-01-56 quoting Nikolay’s Profile Number 0060824.

Other children who dream of finding a family

If for some reason you are currently not able to adopt (for example, you are a student and do not have a family of your own yet) you are still able to help children at a boarding school (an orphanage with your financial support. Ways you can help include: planning and participating in excursions and trips for children; visiting a child in an orphanage; or helping purchase developmental toys, books, construction sets, and sports equipment.
