Danya is the third, youngest child in a close-knit family. The premature birth left its mark on the boy's health. Therefore, when at two years old Danya did not speak, and at three only individual words appeared, the parents did not look for the reason, since the boy always lagged behind in development from his peers. And only when he switched to sign language and began to make the sound on the TV louder, there was a suspicion of hearing problems.
Danya is kind, open and benevolent - for these qualities he is loved by children from kindergarten and his native village, completely oblivious to the difficulties in communication. And he is also a very caring boy and is anxious about animals, so the cat Venya and the dog Rex have become the most devoted friends, because they feel love without words.
In the hope of finding the cause of the delay in speech development, various specialists examined Daniel. In addition to deviations in the development of the central nervous system and poor vision, a diagnosis of "hearing loss of III-IV degree" was made. Oticon hearing aids are vital for the perception of the world around us in all its glory, the formation of correct speech and further education at Dane's school.
For the sake of the child's health, the family moved from the countryside to Zaporozhye: in the native village of Zavetnoye, there are no conditions for teaching hearing-impaired children. Daniel is registered in a special school and is ready to study with a deaf teacher as soon as he puts on his hearing aids. But the cost of 50,290 hryvnia is something of a fantasy for a large family with a very modest income.
