During our conversation Andrey was very quiet, sat straight with his hands in his lap. It was obvious that he is a modest boy, so our conversation was less meaningful than I would’ve wanted it to be, but I still managed to get to know Andrey.
Andrey is in the 7th grade, he likes PE lessons, mathematics, Ukrainian and English. Just like all the other boys, he likes spending time in the gym and playing soccer, volleyball and basketball.
The boy hasn’t decided what he wants to become in the future, but right now his list of hobbies includes such creative classes as embroidery and drawing. He even has his favourite drawing called “A soldier with a girl” which he put out to a competition.
Despite having troubles with eyesight, Andrey likes reading. He likes listening to music, too.
The boy enjoys winter time. He thinks that it’s the time when we celebrate the best holidays: New Year, St.Nicolas’ Day and Christmas.
Andrey values human kindness and, due to his natural modesty, couldn’t tell about the family of his dreams. But the main thing is: he wants to be someone’s son, and we, in our turn, want so much to help make his wish come true. We hope that there is a family that wants to take Andrey in.
