From Velikyi Luh the group of children went to Khortytsia Island to enjoy the beauty of nature and just have a good time. This time these were elder children with their instructor – Alla Stroganova, nurse – Inga Selivanova, as well as organizers of the trip from The Happy Child Charitable Foundation: Anton Bondarenko and Yulia Akhtman.

The weather was sunny and warm, so everybody was in high spirits when having the picnic. Admiring flora and fauna of the reservation part, the group accommodated itself on the bank. The place has been chosen for a reason. Not only picturesque views were taken into account, but also safety of children.

After working up an appetite, the boys sat down to have dinner. The instructor Alla baked very tasty pancakes for the children, so they ate them with honey when they were still warm. This summer day brought lots of fun and positive emotions to everybody. Friendly atmosphere and a cheerful mind are important goals, and on this sunny day they were both achieved!
