Hurrah! From a destruction stage (dismantle of an old roof) we have passed to creation! For some days pupils and employees of children's house in Kalinovka enjoy the view of a brand new roof from a metal tile.
The employees of the fund “The Happy Child” are as glad as the local people of Kalinovka because the most hard and expensive period of reconstruction of a little house for 7 children invalids is almost finished. The sunny warm weather of last two weeks which is absolutely unusual to the middle of November, has allowed the builders to do great volume of works (installation of rafters, piping systems and 300 sq\m of covering) in a short period of time.
The pupil of the children's house whose name is Sergey, having seen so considerable progress in rebuilding, was already going to move in «a new little house».
But Sergey should have to wait a bit. We, adults, should take care about all necessary preparations for the little house to be convenient for its future inhabitants.
Now the primary goal is to finish warming and an overlapping covering. The price of 200 sq\m of the heater of “Danova” Co costs 2600 grivnas ($380) * 4 layers = 9300 grivnas ($1330). The approximate value of the works like packing of films of par barrier and a hydro barrier, a heater and an upholstery of overlapping by boards cost 6000 grivnas ($858). This hardly noticeable, but very important period of works will allow to preserve effectively heat in a building and in the future will minimize the weights for heating.
Then we will start internal and external works – installation of heating and piping systems, the bathroom and toilet equipment, a lining of electrical conducting, painting and decorating.
