Dear everyone,
There is an update on my daughter’s battle for life. On October 8 2014 she underwent a seven-hour surgery where her tumor, knee joint as well as 12th rib were removed because the latest examination showed some dark spots which could be metastatic lesions. Besides Anna had (endo)prosthesis implanted and followed blood transfusion.
Two weeks later the histology results showed the need of eleven chemotherapy rounds. Last November we started postsurgical chemo. In December 2014 there was found a fracture in her tibia, just below her prosthesis. The consultations at orthopedists last January brought us to decision to purchase foot orthotics.
Anna is not currently training her leg since we all look forward for her bone to knitting. Apart from that there are still six chemo rounds ahead.
We’re sure our little warrior will make it! A huge thanks to everyone who’s supporting our daughter’s treatment. Your financial support is still very vital!
