Natasha has been recently adopted by an American family!

When summer comes to its end and it starts to get colder day by day, many people feel depressed. They lack warmth and positive emotions. Looking for sunlight, many of us even in chilly weather go outside to hear leaves rustling, and only after taking a small walk, they go back to their routine.

We feel depressed because it is cold, because we feel bored, because someone gives us a wrong look. All the time we look for new things to please us, and we always need more to feel happy. We can’t even imagine what the everyday life of some people is like. If we knew it, it would seem us a real hell.

Natasha (Natalia) is one of the children who sees neither yellow leaves in fall, nor sunny summer days a lot. She has got back problems, so the thing she sees most frequently is the ornament on her bed linen. Seldom she gets lucky and is able to see colorful toys in the playroom. But as for going outside, it is a joy the girl can miss for long months as there is no wheelchair suitable for her.

The same story is with the attention of adults. For some nurses a bedridden child is automatically perceived as a living doll, some kind of Tamagotchi they only have to feed and bathe from time to time. And that’s all.

Every child needs at least some attention and care. Just giving a tickle to Natasha is enough to see her happy smile and hear her trills of laugher.

A couple minutes later, when her visitors leave, she turns to lie on her stomach again to engage in observing the pictures on her bed linen which are mostly the same…
